'Big and clean room'

'The room was spotless as always and the staff are always courteous and ready to talk to you (no waiting). There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke, I'm not sure how they can deal with this if people choose to break the rules, but perhaps a bit of awareness to leave door & windows open to air it out, just a suggestion.'

'The rooms were very spacious and clean. Pool and gym areas were also really clean and offered a beautiful view of the CBD, Port Philip Bay and Albert Park Lake. Really close to the CBD, perfect location for a getaway. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Room was adequately clean. The room we stayed in probably required a deep clean and some general maintenance. Parking was easy enough, however do some research as cheaper parking is available without going through the hotel. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Super easy to use trams and within walking distance to casino, shops and other attractions. '

'Love staying here !! Definately the place to be whilst in melbourne. High level of service and the overall quality of the stay from the room to the cafe downstairs is just great. After hours check in for people who are arriving late and they are flexible in case you need to extend or a specific of your stay changes. Couldnt recommend more '
