« The difference between the North property and the south property are night and day. Don't go to the South Property.
Rooms are clean and well maintained, at the North Property. Maid services are available for daily cleaning, as you require. Every one of the desk staff has a friendly smile waiting to help you. A/C works well. »

« The staff was very kind and friendly, but the check-in process was quite slow. Unfortunately, in our first room, the toilet wasn’t working. We were moved to another room, but in that one, the ventilation wasn’t working either.
After all the back and forth with changing rooms and moving our things, we were hoping to relax by the pool. Sadly, there were no clean towels available, and we had to wait about 30 minutes to get some, even after asking two different staff members.
