« We stayed here twice. The first time the room was super clean- we were amazed. The 2nd time it wasn't quite as clean but still good. Our neighbors left a few discarded cans outside our front door at night and staff was slow in getting rid of them. A few towels had stains which were a bit disconcerting, but staff were very nice about replacing them. Over all we really liked the staff and found them to be very nice and helpful with great customer service. Breakfast was adequate, not great but...

« Hotel moyen moins ! Juste bon pour une nuit de passage sur la route de Crater Lake et encore, en arrivant tard …. Grand parking mais petit dejeuner qui se resume a un bol de céréales…..autant dire le petit dej est inexistant. Par contre le prix est correct. »

« The staff was very kind and friendly, but the check-in process was quite slow. Unfortunately, in our first room, the toilet wasn’t working. We were moved to another room, but in that one, the ventilation wasn’t working either. After all the back and forth with changing rooms and moving our things, we were hoping to relax by the pool. « Pour une nuit de passage: decevant par rapport a la description sur hotels.com! Pas de petit déjeuners alors que c’etait dans la description. Pas de café à disposition, pas de laundry pour les clients. »
