'The room was clean and bed super comfortable. When eating at restaurants or the pool side the staff was super slow. The food at the sports bar was below average. The steak restaurant was amazing. We would have liked to see more of a dress code for the upper end steakhouse though. Someone came in wearing a Homer Simpson tshirt and it just kills the ambiance. 'Staff was great. Pool was small but we used it anyway. Very clean throughout the hotel. Easy access to anything you wanted to do.'

'The elevator was out when we checked in an it made unloading difficult with an elderly guest. They could not get us on the 1st floor, but did move us from the 3rd to the 2nd. Overall it was just an ok place to stay.'

'The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for.'

'This was the cleanest room that I have stayed in in a long time. The staff was so helpful and so nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The beds were the best and clean so is the bathroom and the family and staff were so nice and good to you. I give it a five star rating are the best rating that can be thank you.'

'The room was clean, I was very happy. The showers were amazing. But when you're staying for 3 days a microwave would be really nice because a lot of food gets wasted. They did bring me refrigerator which was very nice for my energy drinks and diet sodas and water. But a microwave would be very very helpful. I had fish and chips down at the sports bar I couldn't finish it all. She said can I can wrap it up? I said no need because there's no microwave anywhere, and cold fish is no good.'
