« Upon arrival no one was at front desk for check in, waiting at least 5 mins and she came in from outside. She was the person smoking on the bench next to the front door- breaks are great, but she was the only one working and we walked past her to enter the property. Elevator was also out of service and we were given a 3 rd floor room. I asked for a discount on the room for the inconvenience, and was told per management the only thing they could offer me was no charge for cancelling. They...

« This was the cleanest room that I have stayed in in a long time. The staff was so helpful and so nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The beds were the best and clean so is the bathroom and the family and staff were so nice and good to you. I give it a five star rating are the best rating that can be thank you. »

« The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for. »
