'Personeel is super! zeer vriendelijk en gedienstig. We hadden een superior kamer, mooie grote badkamer, met apart bad en douche. Minibar was gratis: bier, sinaasappelsap, rivella, water en coca cola. Elke dag aangevuld. bedcomfort vonden we niet zo goed. Turndown service elke dag: super! spijtig dat er geen nespressomachine en waterkoker voor thee op de kamer aanwezig zijn, en ook geen strijkijzer.'

'From the moment I got off the train with my shuttle pickup to my drop off back at the station, I was treated like family. I loved the welcome check-in with Prosecco, the sky bar with fantastic views and fabulous food, and the comfortable room. The hotel is next to the bus station for exploring around St. Moritz and a close walk down to the lake. I took advantage of the wonderful spa and relaxing massage, and my soaking tub each night. 'Amazing hotel for skiing in Zermatt. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and with lots of options. The hotel is close to the train station as well as the Gornergrat train. The best part of the hotel is the spa area with sauna, steamroom, onsen, pools etc. Just perfect for relaxing after skiing!'
