'We stayed at this hotel for one night after our Bernina Express ride from Tirano. The hotel is located in a town just outside of St. Moritz so we had to hire a taxi to drive us, the ride was about 15 minutes. The manager and associate who checked us in were friendly and helped us with our luggage to our room. We were in time for an afternoon cake and coffee service the hotel offers and our children really loved the cake that was offered. We enjoyed our tea and cake on a patio behind the hotel...

'The property was beautiful and the food, delicious. The one thing was that since it is up in the mountains the walking was very hilly and difficult to wonder around and explore the area. Staff especially the Matitre d/waiter, he went out of his way to help. We had to catch the early bus on our last day (6:30 am) he offered to make us a care package of sandwiches/fruit and water to take with us, which was so nice and welcomed.'

'Hotel was spectacular. I wish we had more time to explore St. Moritz. Only there for one day to catch the Glacier Express. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a delicious dessert happy hour and a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Room had a wonderful view of the mountains and was very comfortable and clean. '

'Erg mooi hotel . Erg leuk opgebouwd de verschillende gebouwen passen helemaal in die omgeving . Sauna en een hottub denk dat als hotel vol zit en iedereen na het skiën wil welnessen dat het iets te klein is . Kamers waren zeer netjes en mooi ingericht . Ontbijt was meer dan perfect . Hotel heet 2 restaurants een gourmet en een bistro beiden waren heerlijk. Alleen vondt ik het bistro restaurant iets benauwend ivm erg laag plafon en weinig ventilatie en als iedereen aan het vlees of kaas...

'Great hotel, really comfortable, amazing walking opportunities. We booked half board, food was good, but a bit "dated" very classical and heavy desserts. For a hotel in an outdoor environment the portion size were not very big (I need a bit more then michelin star portion sizes after a whole day out). Staff level could be a bit higher for full 5 star, some of the staff was bit unexperienced/uncertain. But these were minor points, will definately come back and was amazing stay '
