'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing! But here are con's: - place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples. - I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price. By the way, the staff is great, helpfull and super kind ! Arigato :)'

'Great aparthotel conveniently located within walking distance of Kyoto Station and a large shopping mall. The staff were incredibly helpful and assisted us with our luggage delivery. All the amenities and equipment you could need were either provided in the room or available at reception. 'Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! The staff set the gold standard for hospitality—warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. Our Two Twin Room with a balcony was fantastic. It was super spacious, beautifully lit, and had great air conditioning. The bathroom was huge, and having two sinks made a massive difference.
