'We have stayed here a few times for a couple of nights, in different (located) rooms. It is a very pleasant hotel with nice and pretty rooms. With clear weather from the lakeside rooms great views of the volcanoes (e.g. Osorno). Very kind and helpful staff, especially the ladies at the reception desk. Perfect location: a few minutes walk from the center of Puerto Varas and the lake. 'Only hotel available in Valdivia the night of my stay, spacious rooms but very outdated. Not all rooms have elevator access (ours required 1 flight of stairs). Well located near restaurants and bars. Good service. '
