« Wonderful hotel away from the hustle and bustle in Tuen, but close enough to walk to things. very well appointed rooms, beautiful views as advertised in the photos, with not blocked by other buildings, the beautiful gardens in front and access to the river walkways were a big plus, staff fluent in english, very good food in their hotel restaurant, (much better than offsite options). « I really love people from this hotel. My daughter (3.5 years old) was impressed that almost everyone (manager and people who works in the restaurant) she met here could speak English fluently. She did not have trouble to communicate with them at all. The manager Nataly was super helpful when she helped my dad get the elevator to the lobby for his Didi.
