This spacious holiday home perfectly combines traditional Istrian charm with modern comfort, providing you with an ideal place to relax and enjoy.The house is situated on a large estate of 3000 m², with a carefully maintained lawn surrounding a large pool of 50 m². For families with children, there is a playground with swings, a slide, and a trampoline that will surely delight the little ones. For those who prefer a more active holiday, there is table tennis, table football, and a badminton/volleyball court available.The estate also features an outdoor kitchen, perfect for preparing meals in the open air, and several parking spaces. In the immediate vicinity of the villa, there is a typical Istrian tavern with a beautiful garden, offering authentic Istrian dishes.Villa Krculi can accommodate up to 14 guests and offers a total living area of 400 m², distributed over two air-conditioned floors. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining area, ideal for gatherings and shared meals. There are two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One of these rooms has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor for added convenience.On the first floor, there are five double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Three rooms have double beds, while two have two single beds, providing flexible sleeping options for larger groups or families.A room designed for entertainment, equipped with a pool table, table football, and darts, where you can enjoy the evening hours with family and friends. In nearby Žminj, guests can find all necessary amenities, including shops, ATMs, restaurants, cafes, and other services. Beaches and sports facilities are located in Rovinj or Poreč, just 20 kilometers away, allowing you to easily explore the Istrian coast.Villa Krculi offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday in Istria, whether you want to explore the surrounding areas, relax by the pool, or enjoy local specialties.Groups of young people up to 26 years of age are not allowed.
