There are also 2 parking spaces and a tool shed.
This is a non-smoking home!
The pedestrian zone, with many shops and restaurants, is about 100 meters away.


There is currently a construction site on the neighboring property!!!! As of February 2026



Please bring your own bed linens and towels (these can also be rented).

Keys will be handed over at the Zingster Zimmerbörse between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m.
