'Great location, helpful staff, manager SuTang was fantastically accommodating. The hotel has a beautiful feeling and is very comfy and welcoming. Located only 75 metres from the main night market in Zhangjiajie. Would recommend to all. Please be aware that there is a large language barrier and you need to organise your transfer from the airport prior as there is no hotel airport pickup.'

'Cons- Very far from most tourist destinations, expect to spend more money on taxi, and hotel adds surcharge to book cabs. Insect comes into the room because it's in forest area.
