'Really everything'

'View and location were great. Communication was frustrating as we couldn’t get mobility pass during our stay.'

'Our stay was perfect! We spent a week at the hotel and, if it had been up to us, we would definitely have stayed longer. The hotel is brand new, modern, and beautifully designed. For us, it is the most beautiful hotel in Kaprun. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made time for a nice chat. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. We will definitely be coming back!'

'Locatie is geweldig (prachtig uitzicht op Kaprun), Nederlandse eigenaren super vriendelijk. Kaprun is op loopafstand (Max half uurtje lopen). Kamers zijn sfeervol ingericht. Alles bij elkaar een aanrader. '

'We had a great time staying in this beautiful place. The service was outstanding, always someone to service or help you out. 5-6 course diners with great food. The spa looks amazing allthough we did not use it because of the heathwave, so we have to come back for that. Definitely a must for people who love to relax in luxury.'

When I arrived, however, the only view from my room was a tree. I went to the front desk and explained that I had specifically booked a mountain view, but instead of addressing the issue, I was told “YES, YOU HAVE MOUNTAN BEHIND THE TREE”. I was also told that nothing could be done unless I paid extra to move to another room. I had to...

'Erg fijn hotel. Kamer had prachtig uitzicht en groot balkon'
