Sorry for you didn't know about wheelchair access at Dongwe We do accommodate clients with wheel chair only when we be informed about that, Ground floor is suitable for then and we normal make wooden palate though the balcony so they can have easy access, Our staff are also aware of helping clients with wheel chair, i am sorry for difficulties you had, We thanks you again with great hope to see you again Regards Samson
