Merovigli Villa is a newly renovated private pool villa, measuring 370 sq.m located in the beautiful area of Tragaki. The villa offers magnificent sea views and accommodates up to 12 guests.

As we enter the main entrance of the villa we step into a modern and spacious open plan living room, a contemporary fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining area. The big windows reveal a panoramic sea view whereas the balcony door leads to an outdoor furnished veranda offering access to the swimming pool through a small staircase. Inside the villa a cozy loft features two queen beds.

This floor offers three bedrooms, two of them with 2 single beds that can be joined into one double and the master bedroom with one double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and walk-in closet. All rooms have private balconies and sea views. The main bathroom that is located along the hallway has also a bathtub.

The lower level is accessible by an internal stair and leads to another open plan room offering one double bed and one double sofa bed and a small sitting area, whereas the fourth bedroom has two single beds and can be isolated through a door. This floor offers one bathroom with shower and laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
