Our lovingly renovated vacation barn, featuring 4 vacation apartments, is located in the heart of a traditional Flemish circular village with a strong agricultural character, between Leipzig and Berlin. Currently, the property (3 apartments) can accommodate 15 guests. From the spacious, covered terrace (approx. 45 m²), you can enjoy views of a romantic pond and a small church. There, you can unwind in peace at the end of the day or enjoy a cozy barbecue and gather with friends. The 2,000 m² of meadow surrounding the barn offers plenty of space for sports and games (soccer goals, ping-pong table, badminton) for young and old alike. For the little ones, there’s a small sandbox and a nest swing. You can comfortably watch all of this from the terrace! The large apartment, at approximately 100 m², is particularly well-suited for families or small groups. In the two bedrooms upstairs, each room features a double bed as well as a bunk bed (suitable for adults too). The bathrooms are located both upstairs and downstairs. A room of about 30 m² inside the barn also offers smaller groups the opportunity to host a yoga retreat or relaxation seminars. This space can also be booked upon request. Even on cooler days, you can spend a few pleasant hours by the wood-burning stove in the cozy kitchen-living room. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, French press coffee maker, and a small selection of basic pantry staples such as flour, sugar, vinegar, oil, pepper, salt, and a few spices. Just arrive and make yourself at home! Standard features include underfloor heating, electric roller shutters, and insect screens. A charcoal grill and a fire pit are available on the property. A small barrel sauna is located on the property. Nearby are Lutherstadt Wittenberg with its numerous cultural landmarks, the Bauhaus city of Dessau, and the Wörlitz Garden Realm. But for nature-loving visitors as well, the Fläming-Skate trail around Jüterbog or the Jessen vineyards along the Black Elster offer cyclists and hikers plenty of open space to relax.
