The Oldtimer is 140 m2 newly decorated 4 bedroom apartment, situated in the very center of the city, in the pedestrian area of Ilica street, just a few steps from the main square. Apartment is offering a quiet sleep and intimacy during their stay.

Apartment can accommodate up to 9 persons. We rent it also separately as 2 units, so it is equally suitable for smaller groups or couples.

Our guests are offered not only the spirit of old times with modern confort, but also the opportunity to step out into the heart of the City and its attractions, having a quiet sleep and intimacy during their stay.
The Oldtimer is 140 m2 newly decorated 4 bedroom apartment situated in the very centre of the city, in the pedestrian area of Ilica street, just a few steps from the main square and in the immediate vicinity of all the most important city landmarks: the Upper Town, the Cathedral, Green Market Dolac, Tkalčićeva street with its traditional shops, restaurants and cafes, Park Zrinjevac, Flowers Square and its shopping mall…
Hidden from the noise of main street, our apartment is located on the first floor of a residential courtyard building with a vintage elevator and balconies. We have tried to add a personal touch by many authentic or handmade details which bring to life old times memories. We wanted to convey a positive energy and make our guests feel at home when they are home away whether as tourists or for business.
Our place is convenient for big families and larger groups and can accommodate up to 9 persons. We rent it also separately as two units, so it is equally suitable for smaller groups, couples or singles.
The place consists of two separate but interconnected units sharing one common entrance and anteroom from which each unit has its own entrance and keys. The interior of each unit has its own character.
The first one - called Goldy - can accommodate 3+1persons. It consists of one single bedroom (bed 120x200) and a double one equipped with a double bad (160x200), a big wardrobe, and a leaving area with TV and a pull out sofa for 2 persons. This unit has also a fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining area and access to balcony, a large antechamber and bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The second unit – called Rosy - offers accommodation for 4 + 1 persons in two connecting bedrooms. The first one is furnished with a Queen bad (150X200), sofa, and big library cabinet. The second one is huge and more like a studio, consisting of a sleeping area with a king size bad (180X200) and access to the balcony; a living area with TV and a pull out sofa for 2 persons, and a dining area connected to the small but fully equipped kitchen. There is also a spacious bathroom equipped with a bathtub.
The price includes all you may need when you are far from your home: wi-fi, linen, towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies, coffee, tea, sugar and basic spice like salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar. We also provide our guests with city maps and brochures … and a basket of fresh fruit from Dolac Market for welcoming. We are pet friendly, but we will charge an extra cleaning fee for those guests who will stay with pets.

Ostale napomene

The Oldtimer is located in car-free zone where only residents with permit are allowed to drive, so we are not able to offer our guests a parking. We can recommend several public garages in the vicinity. However, on request and at their own risk, guests can use a private parking place in the courtyard but must be aware that they could be stopped by traffic warden or police. For the same reasons, taxi drivers are usually reluctant to enter the pedestrian zone and most probably will leave you at the corner of Gundulićeva Street and Ilica (100 meters from the apartment).
