Our newly refurbished 1BDR apartment is situated near the heart of the old part of Zagreb. Our studio apartment measures 56sqm.

It comes with a queen size bed and double sofa bed in the living room area, a super comfortable mattress and fresh linen.

The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect to test out your chef skills. In case you are not in the mood for cooking, there are a plenty of restaurants nearby. We also provide local coffee, Nescafe, and a great variety of local tea.

The bathroom is spacious and very modern, and it comes with a full set of amenities and fresh towels.

Our apartment is equipped with a self-check-in technology, so you do not need to worry if you arrive late at night or you do not like in-person check-ins :)

Flat TV offers you a variety of local channels and we also provide a wide selection of domestic and international magazines and newspapers.

Everything necessary is available in the apartment. There are no shared areas in the building!

Our apartment is situated in a new and modern building. The building is located in a beautiful residential area, few minutes from the vibrant Kvaternik Square, public transport, major universities and hospitals.

If you look for green areas for running and walking Park and ZOO Maksimir are only 15 minutes from the apartment. The area is home to many famous bars, restaurants, bakeries and local craft shops. Combination of residential coziness and vibrant proximity to the city center, offers the perfect spot for exploring life in Zagreb.

The building is well connected with public transport.

Tram station is close to the apartment and it will bring you fast and easy to the heart of the city center. The nearest tram station is "Masiceva," and it is located in the "Maksimirska cesta". ".

Trams number 11 (direction to DUBEC) and 12 (direction to LJUBLJANICA) go directly to the Josip Jelačić square.

If you want to go to Maksimir Park, line number 228* (direction to SVETICE) goes directly to the Maksimir Park from the station “Petrova ulica 116”.
