Zeker niet 4.5 sterren waardig
Ik heb hier 3 dagen verbleven, maar dit hotel is zeker niet 4.5 sterren waardig. Oud hotel, geen airco in kamer en slecht bed. Ontbijt was wel goed.

We hebben hier 3 nachten doorgebracht. Pluspunten zijn zeker het gratis gebruik van de diverse (zwem)baden en de locatie dichtbij het centrum. Parkeren kan voor de deur en is gratis. Er is geen airco aanwezig op de kamer. Minpunten zijn het ontbreken van ventilatie in de kamer waardoor het erg bedompt is en warm. Gelukkig hadden wij onze eigen ventilator meegenomen. Wel lag de kamer aan een drukke weg en kan je hier zeker last van hebben. Daarnaast vonden wij het ontbijt wat tegenvallen. Geen broodjes te vinden, maar alleen stokbrood in stukjes gesneden. De rest was minimaal, maar komt misschien ook door Corona. Prijsverhouding met wat je krijgt, het is te overgewaardeerd. Locatie ziet er op sommige punten ook erg verouderd uit en kan wel een upgrade anno 2020 krijgen.

The thermal pools are really fun. They were doing construction on a new area. Noisy, but it didn't affect using the pools that were open. The staff was nice, hotel was clean, but has been a while since last renovation.

Agréable et détente thermes
Luxueux hôtel très beau. Chambre hyper confort des matelas aux petites attentions : tout y est. La chambre offre l’accès aux thermes (attention sauf sauna / hammam qui nécessite un supplément), ce qui n’était pas très clair dans le descriptif. Vous avez bien accès aux thermes (plusieurs piscines / parcours aquatiques) avec la chambre. Personnel très accueillant. Vous avez accès aux thermes très facilement avec des badges remis avec la clé de chambre. Vous pouvez directement aller aux thermes depuis votre chambre en maillot et peignoir (peignoir et pass fournis par l’hôtel). Thermes agréables, eau bien chaude, parcours aquatique sympathique. J’ai compté 3 piscines avec chacune une ambiance différente. Le restaurant est correct. Pas du meilleur rapport qualité / prix qui soit, on y a va plutôt pour le cadre très beau et la sympathie des serveurs. Cuisine à améliorer, c’est correct sans plus, avec malgré tout le prix Suisse en face (amis suisses, qu’est-ce c’est cher de manger dans votre beau pays !) Cela pourrait être aussi par un verre de bienvenue à l’attention des clients de l’hôtel ?

Belle soirée étape
Séjour étape d’une nuit dans un cadre extrêmement agréable. Surtout en été ou on peut profiter de la piscine et une partie des des thermes. Le restaurant était complet, mais la direction nous a indiqué une très bonne adresse. Nous avons reçu un apéritif offert en terrasse. L’hôtel aura bientôt besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Espérant qu’ils en profitent pour installer la climatisation !
