The staff were very friendly. The group I was with killed 2 cockroaches in their room. My room just had a cricket in it that I found, which I was happier to deal with than a cockroach. My room just felt dirty and nasty. Like it needs a deep clean treatment. The floors were clean, but everything else has been neglected. There was dried blood on the outside of my door. House keeping was also lacking. They only came in to replace the towels and just folded my blankets back over but didn’t make the bed. Just seemed strange and pointless to come in and do that. It was also fairly noisy being next to a busy road. It’s a historic building so that was cool, but just needs a little TLC treatment.
