1. RENTERS must be 25 years old. No additional people not included in the booking are allowed.

2. NO PARTY POLICY: This property is not suitable for parties or gatherings. We strictly prohibit illegal drugs, marijuana, hookahs, smoking indoors, and excessive alcohol consumption. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any disruptive or disrespectful behavior. Failure to comply WILL result in immediate eviction without refund.

4. RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS: We kindly ask guests to be respectful of the neighbors and the peaceful neighborhood. This includes respecting boundaries and postings.

5. MUSIC: Please do not bring external speakers or play loud music, especially during quiet hours. During the day, please keep the music volume low when enjoying the outdoor spaces.

6. NO SMOKING IN THE HOME: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day fee. This includes medical marijuana.

7. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours for the property are between 10 PM and 7:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
