'対応は男性のかたのみでしたが、いつも挨拶がありよかったです。ゴミを捨てるのがちょっと大変で、いっぱいになっていて捨てにくいことがちょっと残念でしたが、いつも玄関先での窓や台拭き掃除をしていて綺麗でした。近くにスーパーがあるのが一番助かりました。'

'Highly recommend Kizen Villa! Location was great, very close to the subway station that can take you right into Shinjuku and other popular parts of Tokyo. The facility was very clean and the staff was so kind. We stayed as a family of 5 and it had all the amenities and space we needed. This location would be great for groups too. '

'We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was surprisingly spacious compared to other places we found in Tokyo — perfect for our family of three. The beds were very comfortable, and the cleaning schedule (every 3rd or 4th day) worked well for us. The bathroom shower had a bit of a distinct smell, but it didn’t bother us much. There is a kitchenette and washer/dryer. The location is fantastic — within walking distance to Ueno Station, Ameyoko shopping street, Senso-ji Temple, and Ueno Park....

They are all amazing at their job, with their kindness, attention to detail, and the pleasant atmosphere they help create. Of all the hotels I've stayed at, there are only 2 other hotels that come close. Easy 5/5 stars, and definitely a hotel I'd recommend. "
