Квартира полностью меблирована, снабжена холодной и горячей водой 24/7, имеется кондиционер, доступен интернет, имеется посуда, эллектротехника (утюг, эллектрочайник, стиральная машина, кондиционер) , спальная кровать на 2 человека (за дополнительную плату можно разместить на 2x диванаx еще 4). В качестве дополнительных услуг по желанию клиентов также может быть организована доставка еды в комнату (завтрак не вылезая из постели), уборка, стирка, глажка. Может быть предоставлены водитель с машиной (Mercedes), гид, переводчик (английский, французский, русский, армянский язык), доставка билетов на концерты и выставки. Подневная оплата $ 40/ $60; месячная оплата - $ 550 (Note: плюс $500 сохраняется в качестве страховочного депозита и возвращается по истечении срока договора).
