'When we checked in the gentleman at the check in desk was very polite, professional and friendly. He even spared this 83.5 semi handicapped geezer from going downstairs ---and back upstairs to fill the ice bucket. The lady in the morning was equally friendly, professional and polite during our checkout. My only comment was that you need to replace the flush valve on the toilet in room 200. Several time I had to eighter juggle or re-flush to stop it from running.'

'Wij verbleven er 2x. Personeel was vriendelijk. De 1e keer was er geen koelkast in de kamer, maar dat werd direct opgelost. Over deze kamer 115, moet echt vernieuwd worden incl de televisie, zeer slecht geluid en een diepe reiniging krijgen. De andere kamer was 103, deze was wel beter, alleen de douche zou gerenoveerd kunnen worden. Algemene buitenzit lagen wattenstaafjes en op de picknick tafel zaten vieze vlekken, leek op uitgespuwd speeksel. Sowieso heeft het complex buiten een opruim beurt...

'Staff at check in was awful. We arrived early and they would do NOTHING to even attempt to have the room assigned to us made as quickly as possible. I understand that we arrived before the stated check-in and perhaps the room wasn't ready yet. But we were told there was nothing that could be done and we would have to wait 1 1/2 hours before we could check in. We came back at the check in time and the room was still not ready.'
