'Ya que no era fácil salir nos castigaron el tipo de cambio , no estaba el teléfono en el correo y el que avía en la reservación no existía fuera de eso fueron amables y gracias a una agencia de viajes pudimos contactar para que nos trasladaran y no perder la noche '

'Turned up at the hotel and the doors were padlocked. Called them on the number pinned to the door and they said they would be there in 1 hour. I returned in 1 hour and no one showed up. Hotel.com were useless and have refused to refund me as they say I cancelled and the hotel needs to approve the refund in this instance.'
