The hotel is outdated. Its has nesty smells in hallways and in the room. The 4 stars for this hotel is way to high for Abu Dhabi / dubai standards.

Goed hotel met gebreken. Fijn zwembad en restaurant. Aangeboden kamers voor meer dan 2 personen zijn niet geschikt voor meer dan 2 personen. Slaapbank was een stretcher met een zeer dun matras. Diverse onderdelen van de kamer waren gammel (oa. deurkruk van badkamer). Water temperatuur douche lastig instelbaar.

Goed hotel maar neem oordoppen mee.
Hotel ligt vlakbij vliegveld wat voordeel is maar ook een nadeel daar geluidsisolatie verre van ideal is en je alleen fatsoenlijk kunt slapen met oordoppen in. Heel veel herrie, ook vanaf de straat. Hotel heft wel een prima restaurant; Belgium Café, een echte aanrader.

Prima hotel!
Kregen bij aankomst een upgrade naar kamer met balkon. Kamers zitten aan achterkant van hotel. Moou uitzicht over zwembad en golfbaan. Hotelpersoneel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Valet parking was uitstekend. Auto werd netjes weggebracht en heel snel weer voorgereden. Uitstekend hotel. Volgende keer zeker weer heen.

Top prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding
Heerlijk hotel met mooi zwembad en prachtig uitzicht over golfbaan en zee. Ligt wel vlakbij vliegveld dus als je volledige stilte wilt is het niet ideaal en stad ligt op half uur rijden. Wat ons betreft werd dat ruimschoots goedgemaakt door goede verzorging en mooie uitzicht.

Regrettably, my overall impression of Radisson Blu Yas in Abu Dhabi has led me to advise against choosing this hotel. It is disheartening to share such a negative review, especially considering the positive experiences I have had with the Radisson brand in the past. It's important to point out that I was reached out after my stay by one of the Guest Specialist Manager. He was really sorry for the experience I had and recognizes the areas of improvements. I appreciate their attention to this matter while they are worried about their guests experience - not many hotels actually care about calling their guests to understand the issues - and sincerely hope that improvements can be made to uphold the esteemed reputation that Radisson has built over the years.

Very nice dining options and room was ver spacious and clean. Lovely view of the golf course. Belgium cafe was great to have a beer and watch the football match. Only had one issue and that was WiFi hardly worked.

Very poor house keeping and hot water was coming in all taps. Ended up with burns due to hot water in all taps. Even the bidet of the WC had boiling water. At 11pm we went to the Felini resturant and were told that the kitchen was closed and later we complained to the manager he denied that the kitchen was closed and found him scolding the staff for not taking our food order.

Shocking. The hotel rooms are old. Requires urgent attention. Low budget hotel. We booked a suite. It was dark, carpets are old and dirty. Red curtains not for hotel rooms. Services are bad. We were told they cannot give my mum an extra pillow because the hotel is fully occupied. No pillows.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff - huge thanks to Karan on Reception. One downside - it would've been nice to know that the swimming pool in the hotel was unavailable prior to booking and that we had to use pool facilities in the neighbouring hotel.

We booked a premium room with a king-size bed for two adults and two children. But on arrival we were asked if we wanted to upgrade for a fee. We saw no reason for that until we saw that we got standard bed for two people! Reception could not understand the problem and explained that all their rooms are same size, premium just meant that we also had a balcony. We could get an extra bed for a fee. It took us a few hours to resolve it with a manager, so we got a less comfortable sofa bed, without extra charge, but we had to explain the difference between standard, queen and king size beds :D The fridge in the room did not work, which was critical, as we had insulin for our son in it. The pools were under construction, which we were notified about post reservation. However, the work starts early morning till late in the day. Breakfast selection is good and staff is very friendly. However, they dont value cleanliness that much, it seems. All in All, our experience was rather disapointing.

Negatief: Staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Whomever the previous tenant was of the room apparently broke a glass. I stepped on a shard when I was walking barefoot near the patio. Had to stopped the bleeding and ask the staff to send someone up to vacuum. I pulled the glass out so quickly and didn't know where it went. I didn't want the next person to step on it.

This place is worth it. I stayed for only a night. My flight was severly delayed so it messed up my plans. Bar was open. The place was huge. My room was nice. Go for it!
