'We stayed here the night before our Mt. Fuji trek. The hotel was everything we needed ! Super close to the train station where we caught the cab to 5th station/ where the bus drops you back. The beds were incredibly comfortable which was much needed after the trek! Would recommend staying here, only a 5 minute train ride to Kawaguchiko station '

'Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader als je het naastgelegen pretpark Fuji-Q Highland gaat bezoeken. Het is een erg net hotel met vriendelijk personeel. De kamer had mooi uitzicht op het pretpark. Daarnaast heeft dit hotel verschillende restaurants en een kleine winkel. Het enige nadeel is dat de gordijnen niet goed werken en rond 4 uur (periode eind mei) was het licht op de kamer. '

'A basic inn, but staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful and our mountain view rooms were spectacular. A bit of a distance from the station, but worth it to be so close to Fuji. Walk to many restaurants.'

'I normally don't leave reviews but this is an exception. The village was amazing. Aesthetically it's gorgeous, the view of mount Fuji was breathtaking, the house is clean and has many amenities. A big plus is that the owners know English and they helped us a lot finding places to eat and gave us a lot of useful advices on where to go and what to see in the Kawaguchiko area. Overall an amazing experience and I can't recommend enough.'

'This is a great hotel near the Mt Fuji train station, their included breakfast was our favourite of our entire Japan trip. My only note would be that it was a little disappointing they were unable to accommodate luggage storage overnight for us as we climbed Mt Fuji for one night and the train station nearby doesn’t have a lot of large lockers so it left us scrambling on our holiday to figure that out. Additionally, this area feels more residential and the more touristy area is near Kawaguchiko...

'Nette hostel. Ontbijt was echter onder de maat. Brood, boter, gekookte ei. Je kan beter een accomodatie zoeken voor minder geld en buiten de deur ontbijten.'

'Locatie was goed, wat verouderd groot hotel. Eten was oké, we vonden slechts enkele gerechten lekker. Ik kreeg omdat ik geen rundvlees at 3 x speklap in mijn menu. Dit had echt anders gekund. Jammer. Pluspunten Mount Fuji goed te zien vanuit dit gebied.En je wordt opgehaald en terug gebracht treinstation. '

'This was a wonderful stay, the staff were super friendly, the breakfast was so good, and the area was nearby a lot of good walking spots. Wherever you were you could see Mount Fuji. Would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to rest and walk. '

'Highly negatieve experience with handling the booking issues between expedia and the hotel. Hotel wanted to deny kids half board (“we can only accommodate mom and dad in the restaurant”. Then what should our kids do/eat? No answer. At 18.30 hours) which was prepayed for while blaming expedia and in the same time asking us to solve the issue. Eyesbrows wherr really raised when they came to our room with an iPad for a conference call with an employee in Tokyo ( but: why??!?) And things got really...
