Get cozy in this adorable abode at the Ocean Cove Inn in Yachats - a perfect getaway for an individual or a couple. And it's even dog-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for an additional fee.

This little home is like grandma's cottage on the coast: warm, cozy, and with quilts and floral prints. This getaway also gets excellent natural light. After a good night's sleep in your king-size bed, turn on the cable for the news or your favorite talk show, and check a few emails via WiFi, all while stretched across the small sofa, or in the rocking chair in the corner. Enjoy eating out for every meal - don't forget to treat yourself to desert!

Whether you're here for a romantic weekend, or with your dogs for a hiking trip, the Ocean Cove Inn is an excellent place to get cozy and enjoy the beautiful Oregon Coast.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. -The TV control needs new batteries. Thank goodness it was easy to turn the TV on by a button that is on the TV. The Cable control worked great. -The bathroom could use some extra hooks on the back of the door to help hang clothes on. -The outside of the building could use some TLC. Plants growing up through the foundation against the building walkway. -The gravel parking area by trashcans and electric car charger, of building that has Driftwood room, is washing out by the road causing a deep ditch to have to drive over when parking the car next to the building. -The big picture window in my room blinds would not lower down at all no matter what was tried. They stayed up the entire time. Thank goodness there were drapes to pull. -Refrigerator freezer caked with a ton of ice. Needs defrosted badly.

Okay stay but with a little TLC this place would be great! The room is a good size, plenty of room for the couch and king size bed they have in there. The view from the room was perfect since we ended up needing to stay inside a bit while it rained. Why I gave it a three star rating was for cleanliness. They do a decent job of surface level cleaning but that’s where it stops. There were cobwebs all over the space with bugs in them, grime in and on the blinds, and the walls didn’t look like they had ever been wiped down. Lots of untapped charm and potential.

The code for the door was wrong. Our unit did not have a door with a touchpad number lock. It had a key box which you have to push pin the numbers. When I called Custer service they confirmed the code is for my unit. Than god someone who maintains or manages the property was there to help out. The cleanliness is very bad. Does the drapes to the bed are from 1980’s and has not been updated since. The drapes has huge stains on them. There were cob webs and spiders crawling around. I managed to clear some and kill a couple but then there were these weird creepy crawlers at the doorway and windows. Behind the beds and underneath were not clean. Had to completely take off the sheets to make sure there were surprises. The bed was not comfortable at all. The TV report to power the TV did not work. Had to manually power the TV on and Off. WiFi was not strong at all. My Verizon with one bar was faster than the room WiFI. The location was good and convenient. The front lawn was not trimmed well where you could take your to do her thing. This place need a huge facelift if not folks will not be staying here. Until then, I would not recommend folks rating here at all. The worse part was it was raining heavy and the walkway to the car was a challenge. The gutter was overflowing to the path we were trying to walk. Will not stay here again and will not recommend this place to anyone else.

Room had a great view. Close to downtown. Everything within a easy walking distance. Room was very spacious. Loved the king bed! However couple of the outlets didn’t work and the wifi was slow. Found a few creepy crawlers. One on the bed (a no-no) and on in bathroom. Both were alive. I don’t do bugs of any kind.

Excellent location and size
The interior of the room was a bit dirty. Cobwebs needed to be swept of ceiling and the sheets had some old stains, dirt marks on them? Better job of wiping all surfaces was in order. Otherwise, it was a pleasant place to stay. Very quiet and easy to get to. Plenty of parking.

Great view from all the room...I have stayed in almost all of the rooms. I watched the beautiful sunset on my birthday with a glass of Tequila on the patio. Good value. In the center of town. Can't wait to get back there.

Great indoor space for snuggling down with a book and watching the rain outside. Didn’t realize it was right on the main highway so road noise with significant. Limited ability to cook inside with only in microwave and Keurig. Hard during quarantine since everything is take out.

The room was clean and worked great for us and our 2 dogs. The only disappointment was that there was little outdoor seating and what had been in front of our room was taken by other visitors. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean and charming although not very large.
Overall,quite clean and tidy, with a very comfortable king size bed. It was more a motel room than a suite as it was just one room. Not too noisy for being right by the road, although I would have liked to have known that upfront and had options. The one annoying thing- and it was maddening -was how bright the room was at night. The always on outside light bled into the room and it was way too bright for us.

Excellent location near the beach and many points of interest. Clean room, well furnished. Would have been helpful if there was a guide to how the TV and other equipment operates and a list of available channels. Advance notice of available AV equipment might be useful also. The information provide ahead of time is somewhat out of date. For example, there was no laundry soap or facility available and no reason for guest to do laundry or dishes - at least in the room I stayed in. Information just needs to be updated.

Clean Space- But Confusing Concept
The Driftwood Garden themed Apartment was clean and convenient to town attractions. However the directions after booking on VRBO never tell you what apartment name you are given only a lock key code. Therefore it made us look in every apartment window trying to match the photos of apartment to photos we booked through VRBO. No one is on site - it was very confusing . However once we figured out which place we booked at it was smoothed sailing. Make sure you receive what name of apartment when you book to clear up confusions.
