'The moment we walked into our beautiful room on the ground floor, we felt at home! The hostess is very kind and took the time to make sure we understood how to manage the lights and hot water switches. The location is excellent - right on the edge of a small green space next to the fortress wall, overlooking the sea. We only wish we could have spent more time in there to enjoy our room! '

'The hotel is situated at the very end of the town, away from the busy little streets at the beginning near the entrance gate. Very quiet both during the day and night. Because it is at the end of the town, it is quite a walk over the cobble stones with your suitcases, so pack light! Our room was nice and cozy. We had a standard room with sea view which was amazing. The shower is pretty small and has a shower curtain which will stick to your body no matter what, a shower door would be nice, but...

'This place was very nice. It was pretty close to the entrance to the walled city. There were a few pretty good stairs to climb (with luggage). It was difficult to find. I'll leave a pic of what to look for. Before you get to the place, you'll see a sign that says "GULAS", but at the actual entrance, it is in Greek. 'This property within the walls of Monemvasia was beyond amazing. The character alone, proximity to the square and restaurants along with a private courtyard was beyond our expectations. Just a flight of stairs below is a swim area, so unique that you have to say you’ve done it! Be sure to direct message the property before you arrive, they will make sure to greet you and arrange a porter! The stairs are a lot so pack smart and light! We drove and got lucky with parking … but there isn’t a lot! ...

'Fantastic property, fast internet, good renovated room with kitchen amenities, onsite parking, good heating/cooling, some rooms with sea view, fantastic check-in staff, as well as other staff, just that as there is no lift, minimal big luggage is recommended.'
