'The staff are just doing their jobs and without enthusiasm. Breakfast was just ok and service was not up to five star level. Location is fine, I would say this is not up to Westin I stayed elsewhere but I would still recommend.'

'Sixth stay into the hotel. Always clean, good food, fantastic room. The only bad thing this time was that i was supposed to pay just half night the last day since i checked out before 19:00 (it was around 18:45 and they told me that the price would have been half until 19:00) instead i payed all the next night. A part from that, great service as always'

'two issues : unique in China 1. the check-in counter does not have enough small changes, 2. hotel staff have a hard time to call me a taxi. it seems that everything is done through cell phone, but as a foreign tourist I don't have access to local cellphone services. I have to change money to pay for local expenses. '

'You slightly get for what you pay. It's not close to anything special. But it had a great view from our window. And everything else was ok. If you can, book something elsewhere. But it does the job if you just need somewhere to stay'
