'No air conditioning, despite being advertised as having it, waited 40 minutes to check in with no apologies and when I got into the room, on the hottest day of the year, the room was 48 degrees with a window that opened two inches!!! I requested a full refund from the duty manager who didn’t seem to care at all and kept us waiting another 40 minutes before arguing that because I bought it through Expedia there was nothing he could do. 'Heerlijk hotel op een geweldige locatie! Personeel was vriendelijk plus bij het binnenstappen van de hotelkamer was er een welkomst drankje wat enorm in de smaak viel. Diner was heerlijk evenals het ontbijt!'

'There was some renovation taking place during our stay. This didn't impact our stay but it worth noting that there was work going on throughout the duration. The staff were brilliant and really helpful. The parking is limited but great value if you are travelling by car and able to stay.'

'Heel aardig hotel, bediening personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en de keuken is uit de kunst. Het hotel geeft een warme uitstraling . Wat er verder te zien is in de omgeving weten we niet omdat we er te kort voor aanwezig waren (1 nacht). De kamers zijn in orde en netjes. Iedereen is vriendelijk en behulpzaam ook de mensen uit de omgeving buiten het hotel. Kan niet beter.'

'The hotel is a great hotel situated well for all the sites in Stratford. My concern and found it unbelievable that they ask you to help out with the planet and participate in using towels sensibly and I think that is great, but the bathroom towel rail is on 24/7 and in a heat wave as it was when we stayed it is very very uncomfortable, I asked at reception but unfortunately can’t be turned off in any of the rooms. 'Leuk hotel, proper, ruimte om met de hond buiten te komen, vriendelijk. Enige minpunt, aan de balie staat dat je £4 korting krijgt wanneer je in de bar/restaurant voor £20 spendeert. Wij hebben deze korting toch niet gekregen omdat we niet op voorhand aan de receptie hadden doorgegeven dat we van deze actie wilden gebruik maken. Jammer, waarom kan dit niet rechtstreeks verrekend worden in de factuur van het hotel,'
