Welcome to The Innsbrook Oasis!
Surrounded by towering trees and beautiful wildlife, this picturesque chalet, situated on Innsbrook's 7,500 acres of bountiful property, has all the trappings of a perfect vacation getaway. Set steps away from the water's edge of Lake Teal, this recently updated oasis boasts two bedrooms and two full bathrooms spread out over two stories, with the main floor's open floor plan design dedicated to providing a sense of comfort and tranquility.
The primary bedroom is set on the main level, complete with a queen size bed, while the second bedroom is located upstairs off of the loft, containing one full bed and one set of bunk beds. Optional air mattress to provide the extra bed for guests 7 & 8.
The spacious living area on the main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for the whole family, a fireplace, and floor to ceiling windows. Sliding glass doors offer access to the expansive outdoor deck that features a private hot tub, BBQ grill, cozy fire pit, and ample seating areas for maximum comfort.
Located in the heart of Innsbrook, Lake Teal's relaxing waters are ideal for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and swimming. With a short path leading down to the private dock, guests can lounge in the sun or take a dip in the clear water. The property's convenient location places you moments away from Lake Aspen, multiple beaches surrounding the "big lake", access to some of Innsbrook's most attractive hiking trails, the newly renovated 18-hole championship golf course, and The Clubhouse Bar & Grille which is host to many live entertainment events. Beware of blue-green algea/unusable lake
Do not expect to be informed if the lake is unusable due to an algae/cyanobacteria bloom.
We decided to stay at Innsbrook for the sole reason that we would have lake access immediately adjacent to the property. However, upon arrival, we noticed a cyanobacteria (blue-green algae) bloom at our dock and extending out into the lake, making the lake unusable and a health hazard. Had we known the lake may not be usable, we would not have rented at this unit. Instead of the weekend that we had planned, hanging out at the cabin and on the lake, we ended up with a disjointed weekend of loading/unloading the car and for trips to another lake and the pool, and barely used the cabin. The cabin itself was lovely, clean, and well-furnished, but without access to the lake, we spent very little time there.
When we noticed the bloom we immediately informed management and sent photos of the bloom, who thanked us and noted that they are required to report algae blooms, but admitted that they had not been able to keep up with inspecting all of the lakes. Management offered a $100 refund (less than 10% of the rental fee), and said they would consider a greater refund if we sent more information. However, despite sending additional information, management did not respond to any further contact.

Total Bummer
We would like to share our dissatisfaction with the property we stayed on over the past weekend. I
booked this home for a birthday celebration as a romantic getaway for the weekend.
Upon arrival, I went in to use the restroom. When I flushed the toilet, it began to overflow
and it was disgusting and unsanitary situation. We contacted the owners and they asked if we had
plunged it…not the way we would like to start are visit. We declined to handle and asked that someone
come to clean up the mess. They came in a timely manner and unclogged the toilet and removed all
contaminated towels. We were still concerned with how cleanliness of the bathroom, so we decided to
avoid that restroom. Apologies for the details, but that is what happened.
There were many other issues with the home:
There was a dingy smell like someone previously smoked in the home and the smell is
permanently in the walls.
There was no hot water when we arrived. We reached out to the owners and a few hours later
they let us know that the breaker may have been flipped. We did eventually have hot water.
The hot tub was not hot when we arrived, which was fine, but it took a long time to heat up. In
turn, we had to “plan” around using it. Also, there was a message on the hot tub screen letting
us know that the water changing was past due by 128 days. We did get in, but when we did, there were only 2 jets working in the entire tub.
The biggest kicker was that we were lead to believe by the listing that the home was on a lake.
When we arrived, it was clear we were on a small pond with green algae, which we would not
get in.
We made the most of the time away and laughed about the situation. But it was truly
unsatisfactory, and we would like to be refunded for the trip. Also, these home should not be rented or
have more of a disclosure on the listing. The listing also says “newly renovated” which is inaccurate.

Nice property but misled by several things on the listing
The property was clean and the property manager was really great. It listed internet on the listing and there is no internet so that was frustrating especially because my kids had school work to do that they couldn’t do with no internet. The people who stayed before us did some damage and it was immediately addressed and fixed. Overall great location with lots of deer and grocery delivery service.

The property we stayed at was extremely clean, had all the necessities, a fabulous deck for all of us to relax on m, as well as fun water toys to explore the lake just steps from the chalet. The location was not far at all from the big lake and we had an. absolutely wonderful time

Short family get-a-way
We had a great time during our stay. The chalet was cute and clean and kitchen was well stocked. This chalet does not have a dishwasher which is fine, but had I realized it I would have brought a stack of paper plates so I'd have less dishes to do. The kids especially enjoyed the paddle boat and the hot tub. We would like to come again!
