The property has three comfortably furnished double bedrooms, accommodating up to six guests.

The third bedroom is situated in the attic and features characterful exposed brickwork, adding a distinctive touch to the property.

Each bedroom provides storage for clothes and personal belongings, with fresh bed linen, bath towels and hand towels supplied for all guests.

Please note that the attic bedroom is accessed using internal stairs.

Before Your Stay

Guests are required to complete our disclosed pre-arrival requirements, including accepting our rental agreement and completing identity verification.

Security Deposit and Damage Protection

Before check-in, guests are required to choose one of two options:

• A refundable £150 security deposit, processed as a temporary card pre-authorisation. The hold is released following checkout provided no charges are due.

• A £25 non-refundable damage waiver, covering up to £150 of qualifying accidental damage, subject to the waiver terms and exclusions.

Guests can choose whichever option suits them best. Both options are arranged securely through our guest portal before arrival.

Full check-in instructions are normally provided approximately 24 hours before arrival once all required pre-arrival steps have been completed.
