'Property tired but very clean. Great site, we made use of a smashing pool and the bar/ entertainment area which served excellent food. Close to Ilfracombe, lovely beaches and tourist atractions. Large Tesco 5-10 mins walk up the road was very convenient.'

'Moorings View exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, exceptionally well equipped and with fantastic views from all rooms. It was ideally situated in Instow which itself is perfectly situated to explore this part of Devon. Liam and Jane were friendly and helpful. A great stay and we would love to return.'

'Superb location in Lynton. The best place to stay for access to the town, walks and funicular down to Lynmouth. Good view of the bay from up on the terrace too. Just bear in mind that the kitchen is a spiral staircase and two flights of stairs away from the terrace. Accommodation is good for a couple & dog, providing you’re ok with the.spiral staircase. 'We had 2 wonderful weeks at this property. The location was fantastic as was the view. It was very well equipped and comfortable. There were plenty of places to eat in or takeaway or just sit for coffee. A couple of minor problems were quickly resolved by the agent. Easily accessible and with parking underground secure. Only minor complaint was the towels provided which were well past their sell-by date. (We went a bought a couple of bath towels for £15.)'

'Lovely apartment, great location right next to the seafront. Really enjoyed our stay. We received a very welcome gift pack of essentials. What we didn't realise was the amount of steep steps up to the property which could be a problem to some not so spritely OAP's especially when carrying luggage upstairs. Decking area upstairs could do with a non slip covering of some kind. We really enjoyed our stay and just trying to be a bit helpful with some constructive criticism.'

'Me and my friends stopped here for 4 nights. The house had everything you needed for a short or long stay and also had fantastic views! There were some lovely walks both within Woolacombe and also to Ilfracombe. John was also great and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend! '
