'This hotel is fantastic and a great value for what it offers. My stay was great from start to finish. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful - the airport pickup was quick, convenient and pleasant (if a little expensive), the staff at the front desk remembered me each morning and helped me print documents for my meetings. Food options are very good too. I visited the 24/7 coffee bar in the lobby at least once a day, enjoyed a drink by the poolside restaurant and finished my stay with dinner at...

'The people at the hotel are friendly but be aware of the fact that the hotel is extremely noisy. Barking dogs the whole night on the back side of the hotel. Also, a lot of noise is coming from the reception. When people walk on the ale, when people close doors, noise coming from the parking front side….
I booked another hotel in the middle of the night and moved out, even knowing that I would lost my 2 night advanced payment.
By the way, they have a hot water problem!
There are much better...

'Mixed Experience – Beautiful Place, Disappointing Service
We've stayed at Ibis Styles before and sadly faced the same issues again. While the rooms and environment are beautiful and inviting, the guest service falls short. Both times, we were wrongly asked to pay for "early check-in" despite our booking clearly stating check-in was at 10 AM. This time, we had to show proof again before being allowed in without the extra charge.
Most concerning, my fiancée—who is a woman of color—was twice...

'I booked a one night stay at the Weston Hotel for my girlfriend as she needed to handle some business in Nairobi.
The Weston staff was amazing from pick up at the Wilson airport until dropping her back off the next day. The friendly staff was there to help in any way possible.
Everything was very clean and well kept!
She also enjoyed the wonderfully prepared breakfast buffet before heading out.
Definitely would recommend stay at the Weston Hotel.

'Always wonderful staying at BW. Been staying at BW since the days it was known as Town Lodge. Really great to see major improvements over the years with management actually implementing suggested changes by guests.
BW recently took over management of the Apartments, so I stayed there this time round. They are very private and quiet, with a nicely maintained serene garden. The place makes you forget the madness of the city. It’s outside the main building, which offers more privacy, but you will...
