Hôtel près de Woodland Reservoir (Pinetop)

« My family loved staying in the family cabin. Surprisingly comfortable bed, useful amenities, just the whole package. We will be back when were in Pinetop again. »

« bon hôtel . chambre spacieuse et confortable »

« The loose, stained, patched carpet was a hazard. The location is good and the staff are nice, but the facility needs a tune up. »

« Très bien situé,calme et propre.spa très agreable »

« Idéal en couple ou en famille »

« Great pizza place attached to the hotel ! Comfy beds and quiet rooms. »

« Didnt like the front desk staff »

« Was a perfect weekend getaway. Kathleen was so helpful and kind to us. We rented cabin 6 which had a fireplace and kitchenette. Was very comfortable and cozy. Went fishing in the lake on the property. Had a nice private dinner in the lodge for my finance and I and got to hear the history of the lodge. Great location. Has a restaurant and bar on property. You can grab a drink at bar and take back to your cabin Already planning our next trip with family. We really enjoyed our stay. »

« accueil et disponibilité de la chambre plus rapide malgré les conditions meteo catastrophique. Nous avons pu nous reposer et acceder à la chambre des 12h »

« The hotel was amazing. It was very well kept and maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. »

« Hôtel très correcte lits confortables Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de vrai petit déjeuner En effet on vous donne une poche avec un yaourt un muffin et un fruit à emporter »

« Très basique, en bord de route. Personne à l'accueil pas trop aimable. Une nuit suffit. »

« The WiFi was very slow. The TV had no national networks, ie ABC, NBC or CBS, so no local news, only CNN. The breakfast items were depleted quickly and people had to wait until the attendant went to prepare more. The trash can in the eating area was filled to the brim and not emptied. The toilet in our room clogged, so a plunger was brought to the door in a plastic bag and we were told to put the bag outside our door when done plunging! »

« Correct sans plus »

« My complaint was no place to hang cloths. There was a cabinet which included the iron, ironing board, hair dryer and space to hang cloths but no bar or hangers. I mentioned this to the staff, they said they have to have a bar cut. You could not get any channels on the TV but they corrected that. »
