Beautiful sandy beaches are 40 minutes away, as well as the resort of Skegness, with its nature reserve, sandy beaches and amusements. Lincoln, famous for its cathedral, has shops and restaurants. There are walks and cycle routes from the door. Shop 21/2 miles, pub and restaurant 1/2 mile.

Enjoying open fields to the rear, this detached holiday cottage is situated on the edge of a village, yet only 1/2 mile from the village pub which is well known for excellent food and drink.
