« A lot of glitter pieces left on floors from weekend We told housekeeping to come back in an hour, they never returned reserved king room handicap accessible never got handicap accessible I’m currently using crutches/wheelchair ordered coffee and pastries from room service but only got coffee Rooms and food where meh definitely not worth the Woodlands high prices »

« Disappointing stay. Room was ok and typical Westin but bars next door were loud until 2am. Garbage in hallways and pool area was never cleaned up. Surprise destination fee of $25 plus tax… asked for a late check out (Marriott silver status) and the hotel wanted $65. Guess loyalty programs mean nothing. Will not stay again. »

« It was a good stay, but the property was smaller than expected. (But that’s on me for not fully reviewing the facility) All in all the hotel was convenient, clean with friendly staff. The breakfast wasn’t impressive but the coffee was good. »

« Bed was comfy!! We brought our own Keirog so didn’t have to use their coffee maker. It was never noisy when we went to sleep so didn’t hear other people. »
