'This was our second visit, and it didn’t fail to impress. On this occasion we stayed over Christmas, and the hotel was decorated fabulously. We had a castle feature room which was lovely. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner, which again was excellent. Breakfast was also very good. The staff were all polite and professional, always chatty with a smile on their faces! Would definitely recommend.'

'Overall, a fantastic hotel. Staff were very polite and courteous. Stayed in an Executive Suite and was certainly wowed by the room, very clean and modern! I have two very very small gripes - The room service portions (although delicious) were a little small! I went for the burger and could have quite happily ate another. And they made a fuss about me not wanting to eat in the special 'dog-area' because it felt like being put away... and too hot. i wanted outside but there they didn't serve... finally it was okay but i had to stand my ground and that was not so nice after a very long day's walk... beautiful sitting area outside though!'
