'Upon arrival the place was not clean. Kitchen bench was dirty. Both showers were not clean at all. Taps were leaking to the point where it is a constant stream in both bathrooms. The showers run out of hot water after one person using it The doors to the outdoors area was so hard to open. The bbq itself was rusted and dirty and cannot use Overall, the place is run down and needs attention and definitely not worth the money per night charged '

'We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the property, it’s a spectacular place and perfect for families.Just a couple of small things that could make future stays even better: having rubbish bins in the bathrooms would be very helpful, and ensuring that guests leave the barbecue and dishes properly cleaned for the next visitors would be appreciated.Apart from that, everything was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely come back.Thank you for a lovely stay.'

'Beautiful home - well catered for kids of all ages. My boys loved the nontendo Wii and the books and toys. Trampoline was a bonus fun! Overall, very positive experience:) If you could add a clock somewhere, it would be super useful :) '

'The layout of the house was excellent for 3 Generations of the family with dogs. It was spotless and was well appointed for all our needs during our stay. It was a short drive or walk to all that Culburra and the surrounding areas provided. Enjoyed our stay so much will be back in the future.'

'Was a great location. Only thing is that there was no air conditioner upstairs so that living area was pretty unusable. Also there were some bottles of alcohol and dirty dishes / bbq left behind from the previous tenants. Otherwise it was a great place with a superb location'
