Spacious semi-detached house with a garden near the water

Our house offers plenty of space for families and guests. It has three bedrooms, two of which are cozy children’s rooms. There are also two sleeper sofas available, so even larger families or groups can be comfortably accommodated. One sofa bed is located in the living room, and another is in one of the children’s rooms (next to the double bunk bed with a pull-out bed); ideally, this one should only be used by children for sleeping, as it is quite firm despite the mattress topper.

The heart of the house is the spacious living area, which was added just last year. Here, there’s plenty of room to relax, play, and spend time together. The open layout offers both space for children to play and plenty of room for cooking and eating together.

Our small chicken coop with three chickens of our own is especially popular with guests of all ages. Of course, you’re welcome to collect and eat the fresh eggs.

Outside, the patio invites you to linger. It hasn’t been paved yet, so there’s still a construction pit there. However, seating and patio furniture are available, so you can still easily enjoy cozy moments outdoors.

The location is ideal for excursions in the region. The island of Rügen, accessible via the ferry terminal in Altefähr, is about 25 minutes away. It takes about 50 minutes to reach Dierhagen on the Darß peninsula. The Hanseatic city of Stralsund is only about 20 minutes away, and Greifswald can be reached in about 35 minutes.

The town even has its own train station. However, since bus service is limited, traveling by car is recommended for both arrival and getting around.

The house is particularly well-suited for families who appreciate plenty of space, a child-friendly environment, and proximity to the Baltic Sea, the islands, and nature.

Please note that this is not strictly a vacation home. It is our home where we live, and there are many personal belongings there. We ask that you take this into consideration, appreciate it, and respect our belongings. We would like to supplement our vacation budget and would be delighted if our home brings joy and provides a place to stay for others, just as we have experienced with others.
