Small, cozy holiday apartment for 2 guests in a 400-year-old half-timbered house near the Old Harbor of Hanseatic Wismar. This non-smoking apartment offers Wi-Fi. There is no indoor bike storage, but two rings for locking bikes are mounted outside on the house wall.



The apartment is on the ground floor and features two bright, functional rooms. From the comfortable loveseat in the living room, you can look out through the large lattice window onto a quiet lane. The 1.20 m wide sofa includes a partial recline function for relaxing. At the back of the room, you'll find a well-equipped kitchenette with everything you need for breakfast or cooking, plus a practical bistro-style dining area.



The separate bedroom has a comfortable, slightly raised double bed. The loveseat in the living area can be fully unfolded to provide a second sleeping space for one person, allowing two guests to sleep separately if desired. A uniquely designed hallway leads to the small bathroom with shower.



Free parking is available overnight on nearby streets. During the day, you can park at the train station, Old Harbor, or in the Old Harbor parking garage (Kopenhagener Str.) for a low fee. Longer-term rentals are possible.
