• Ignoring quiet hours (10 PM–8 AM).
• Exceeding the approved maximum guest count.
• Hosting an unauthorized party or event.
• Possession of illegal substances or underage drinking.
• Misuse of the hot tub (e.g., no glass, improper use, unsanitary conditions).
• No pets allowed — this property is pet-free.


Additional House Rules
• Fire Pit – Fires must stay inside the pit only. No large fires or windy-day fires. Please clean the fire area after use.
• No Fireworks – Not permitted on the property.
• Trash – Dispose of garbage in provided bins. If your stay includes collection day (Tuesday), roll bins to the curb and return after pickup.
• Check-In – Early check-in only with prior approval.
• Rental Agreement – Guests must sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement before arrival. All listing and agreement rules apply.
• Hot Tub – Follow posted rules for safe use. Shower before entry, no glass in/around tub, and replace cover after each use.
