The open kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, a tile backsplash, ample counter space, and plenty of cutlery and gadgets to help make tonight's home-cooked meal a joy to prepare. You can serve up to four guests at the handsome dining table while the kids dangle their feet from the breakfast bar's four barstools. The first level living area is open and spacious, with a private washer/dryer, comfortable furniture, a flatscreen TV, and even board games for the kids. Upstairs, the main bedroom has balcony access and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub, while the second bedroom has another bathroom next door that features a walk-in shower. Wrap up an evening with a delightful movie night with the kids then share a nice glass of wine to celebrate a marvelous vacation!

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
