« Room was average hotel room. No windows only slider to pool area. Pool area was large with water puddles. Breakfast area was clean and coffee was good. Worst part of the whole stay was the restaurant. Horrible service if you could even get service. 45 minute wait for food and then it was wrong but they couldn’t make what we ordered because by then the kitchen was closed. Two other tables just got up and left because no one waited on them. Only two other people in the place so no excuse....

« The exterior property was in poor condition, while the building itself was recently painted the sidewalk, curbing and the rest of the exterior concrete was in poor condition. The flooring in the room was dirty if one walked on it wearing socks the bottoms of them would turn black from the greasy floor grime, corners of the room were dusty. « The beds are old and dated along with the covers and blankets. There were two large dead beetles on the bathroom floor.
The bathroom had one ply of Kleenex left in the dispenser. The television did not operate.
The a/c unit was set at 62. It ran continuously even when adjusted to 76. I had to unplug it.
The clerk taking the payment was rude and ill tempered.
Overall a poor experience. Would not stay here again. »

« About as good as the photos show.
The carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced. There were some bugs (doors are exterior so to be expected, I guess?), but no bed bugs. Sheets seemed clean.
There was a spider and web over one bed.
Queen beds (2) were each up against a wall or window on one side, so small.
Everything was very old and smelled old.
We think the paint on the outside is new. The woman who runs the motel is very sweet and we can tell she’s trying hard. Making updates where she can....

« We have stayed at this hotel before and loved it! The restaurant had a great breakfast and the coffee was amazing! This stay was terrible. Upon check in, we were not informed that the AC was broken and the restaurant was closed due to extreme temps. I understand that completely but not having AC in the rooms should have been disclosed. The lobby and hallways were cool but the rooms were like an oven. Many guests upset at checkout but no staff to be found. We will not stay here again. »
