Additionally, there is a comfortable single box spring bed (90x200 cm) for extra flexibility.The kitchen is well-equipped with a hob, oven, toaster, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine—allowing you to prepare meals just the way you like.The main bedroom features a spacious double bed (180x200 cm), along with a sofa and a Smart TV with Netflix access. The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed (90x200 cm). Both rooms include bedside tables, reading lights, and ample storage space for your belongings.The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub with an integrated shower, a sink, and a toilet.Step outside onto the partially covered terrace and take in the breathtaking views of Winterberg’s stunning mountain landscape.For outdoor enthusiasts, a dedicated storage room is available for mountain bikes, with the option to rinse them off after an adventurous ride through Winterberg’s scenic trails. During winter, you can also store some of your ski equipment here.Families with young children will appreciate the availability of a baby cot (60x120 cm) and a high chair. By signing, you authorize us to deduct up to €100 in case of damages or incidents. If no deductions are necessary, the authorization will automatically expire.The rental price includes energy costs.Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and will be listed in your reservation details and/or invoice.Towels, kitchen textiles, and children's furniture can be rented separately upon request.Young groups and parties are not permitted.
