This comfortably furnished 70 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a family home with several accommodation units. Its practical layout, flexible sleeping arrangements and partially covered terrace make it a welcoming base for up to four guests seeking an active or relaxing stay in Winterberg.Living area: The inviting living room features a comfortable seating area and a Smart TV, creating a pleasant place to unwind after a day outdoors. A single box-spring bed measuring 90 × 200 cm provides an additional sleeping space and adds flexibility for families or small groups.Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, toaster, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Its complete range of appliances makes it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked evening meal.Main bedroom: The spacious main bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 180 × 200 cm, a sofa and a Smart TV with access to Netflix. During the winter season, the space can also be used to store part of your ski equipment.

The apartment is conveniently located near Erlebnisberg Kappe. The ski lift, bike park, ski school and several restaurants are all within walking distance, allowing you to enjoy many of Winterberg’s main attractions without relying on a car.

Numerous hiking trails begin right at your doorstep, including the famous Rothaarsteig, perfect for extended treks.
