This unit is on the second floor of the building and has an open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen to provide an ideal spot to gather with all of your traveling companions and family. The cozy living room features a comfortable couch, gas fireplace, flat screen television with streaming services and DVD player for your favorite movies and ceiling fan to help cool off during the warmer summer months. You can access the private deck from the living room to view the mountains and surrounding forest.
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and provides seating for up to four guests. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertop and plenty of cabinets for storage. There is a closet off the kitchen area with washer and dryer.
In the primary bedroom you can get a restful night’s sleep on the king-sized bed, enjoy the ceiling fan, flat screen television and full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen/queen bunk bed - will sleep up to four; flat screen television and access to the second bathroom located in the main hallway.

House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
