« The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Location was great for us - 10min walking distance to downtown through the neighborhood with houses and apartments with most kept up with flowers and trimmed yards. Very quiet. We had an issue with the code access but the hosts were available and immediately solved it. I would recommend a stay here. »

« The apartment was nice but was not up to date with the photos. It was pretty clean but did smell of smoke/cigarettes which may have been from previous visitors. It was overall a fine stay since I was not in the unit the majority of time - very rustic. »

« This rental is in a perfect location for visiting Burlington and the surrounding area. Four adults had plenty of room. The bathroom is small but we had no problem sharing it. The screened porch offered an extra space to relax and cool off. »

« This apartment is my favorite rental in Winooski - pleasant, well lit, spacious enough, clean, interestingly decorated avoiding clutter and highlighting local culture. I stayed 2.5 weeks during a hot spell; the air conditioning worked well. Location is convenient to everything. »

« Clean spot. Was nice to have towels, paper towels, soap, and fresh linens available. Owner was super easy to reach. Perfect for a quick overnight stay and not breaking the bank account on some crumby hotel. »

« We had a nice stay here! The house was well decorated, clean, and nicely stocked. The location was convenient to downtown, though it's not in a posh neighborhood. Be advised that though there is air conditioning, it's a window unit in the dining room rather than in the bedrooms. Propping bedroom doors and using a fan helped, though it let light into the room, so bring a sleep mask if you need A/C to sleep! We would stay here again! »

« This unit was exactly as advertised. It was a typical older Vermont house that had 2 units. It had everything we needed. really loved having the washer and dryer and the hot tub was fabulous. Beds were clean and comfortable - even the futon! Nothing fancy but everything was clean and comfortable. The property was well maintained and The owner was very responsive. This is located just off a nice Main Street in Winooski that had a couple of restaurants and a brewery within walking distance....

« The stay was accurate to description. The location was close to the city and ubers where no issue. However there was an unpleasant smell and the heater didn't work. Overall, my group felt that the stay was just ok. A hotel would've been just as comfortable and more affortable. »
