Budgethotels in Winkelcentrum Alamo Plaza

'Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.'

'Groundfloor looks nice, but rooms are old and lifts are very small. No diner available, this can be bought in adjacent restaurant with the same name. We where told it has no affiliation with the hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and bathroom was also out of date and uncomfortable.'

'Staff was super friendly in making sure we got a nice room to fit our needs and again several hours after check out when we realized we had left our laptop behind they made sure we got reunited with it in a timely manner.'

'we reserve 2 rooms for a wedding, one for the bride and one for me as the groom, we arrived at 2am to check in and when we got to the bride's room the door wouldn't open, we went to the reception and they changed the key and when we got in it didn't work. security came to open it for us because the door was locked from the inside. in the end we got in even though the bride was already afraid to sleep in the room which had a locked door from the inside. it was 3am before the situation with the...
